TERMS OF SERVICE
REFUNDS: The sale of all charts is final. If, for any reason a chart purchased in printed form is defective, it will be replaced at no additional charge. You may be asked to return said chart to us. Fine Art Cross Stitch makes every effort to ensure charts are free of errors and omissions. If any are found, please contact us at sheryl@fineartcrosstitch.com for a replacement.
SHIPPING: A $6.00 shipping fee will be added to all domestic orders, and $8.00 on all foreign orders. Packages will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Canadian and International customers, you are solely responsible for any customs charges, duties, VAT or other taxes charged by your country. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be filled. An email will be sent to the address you provide to notify you when your order is shipped.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Fine Art Cross Stitch
will retain only your name, address and email on our secure site. What
information we do retain, will never be sold, or shared with any other
company. We will contact you only in our newsletter, to let you know of
new releases or special offers. We do not collect or store your
credit card information. This is supplied only to our Merchant Service
Company on a secure site. Your browser should show a "sign of security"
when you are asked to submit credit card information, such as a locked
padlock (IE), a key (Netscape), or other indication of site encryption.
